Happy Independence Day (& a card!)

Happy Independence Day!! Here are a few shots of us- this morning. The big boys were in the City’s Annual 4th of July Parade this morning- in full Cub Scout uniform, they rode in a truck at the beginning of the parade. Pen, Finn & I dropped them off, parked, walked back to the parade route & found a place to watch. We found a spot with some shade and waited (playing and taking self portraits) until the parade started. Here are our my favorite shots-

The boys (and Daddy) found us after they were done & we all watched the rest of the parade together.



Finn wasn't too sure about the whole parade thing but he finally came around when they started passing out candy!

Patriotic colors (to meet Our Creative Corner's Red, White & blue color challenge) Pile it On's challenge to use at least 4 buttons. The papers were all from my stash, the stamps are Unity and the ink is Tsukineko.
